Dr. Natalie Crabtree Waggener moved to Massachusetts in January of 2005 to become the full time veterinarian at the South Boston Animal Hospital.  She became a veterinarian after caring for her first dog Riley, numerous strays and several years as a veterinary assistant.  Her degree in Veterinary Medicine was earned at Louisiana State University after a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

Natalie is married to John Mark Waggener who is  a biology and chemistry teacher.  They have two Chihuahuas, Rico and Mini, and an English Bull Terrier named Ivan (the Terrible).  When not at work, Natalie and John enjoy gardening, hiking, reading and downhill skiing.  They are looking forward to becoming part of the South Boston Community.
