Welcome to the website of Gainesville, Florida based Oaks Veterinary Hospital and its sister hospital, Northwood Oaks. Our veterinarians and staff are committed to providing for the health and well-being of our family's pets. We provide the most progressive medical care at affordable prices. Our goal is to give you and your pet personalized attention at all times - when your pet is well, and when problems occur.This listing has been designed to introduce you to our staff, familiarize you with our services, and inform you about topics that affect your pets' health.

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 7pm
Saturday: 8am - 2pm
Sunday discharges: 5 - 5:30pm
All services are scheduled by appointment to ensure prompt and efficient service. We appreciate your prompt arrival, or communication for delays or cancellations. If you wish to bring additional pets or schedule more services, we appreciate prior notification. Office appointments or procedures may be scheduled with a specific doctor.
Drop-offs may be scheduled at no additional hospitalization charge, but we appreciate your spending a few moments with our staff for communication and paperwork. Discharge for all in-house services is by appointment to ensure doctor availability for communications. Anesthetic procedures require a preanesthetic examination for proper preparation. The patient may be hospitalized the night before the procedure at no additional charge.
