Glenn M. Zeitz, VMD: Dr. Zeitz graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1978. After graduation he moved to Manhattan where he worked in a busy companion animal practice with several veterinary specialists. In 1981, he became the owner/director of Brooklyn Veterinary Hospital and successfully ran the practice until taking over as owner/director of HVH in 1997. He was also a past owner of the Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Queens and has served on their Board of Directors.
Dr. Zeitz is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, New York State Veterinary Medical Society, Westchester/Rockland County Veterinary Medical Association, and is a past member of the Veterinary Association of New York City. He has also served on its executive Committee as well as a Director of their Ethics and Grievance Committee. Dr. Zeitz currently lives in Rye with his wife, Cheryl, and has three daughters Paige, Hallie and Elena. He spends his free time skiing and mountain biking.

Our state of the art new facility houses a full service veterinary hospital, Club Vet, an upscale cat boarding facility and The Spa at Club Vet, a pampered pet's day retreat of bathing services. Sharing our home with an animal is one of the most satisfying and rewarding experiences in life. Our pets accept each of us, without reservation, to share their affection and offer us security, loyal companionship and relief from daily stresses. Thurs: 7am-8pm (alternating Thursdays at 8am)

If you have an appointment for your pet to undergo a procedure requiring anesthesia, please remember to give your pet no food or water beginning at 8 pm the night before the appointment.
To allow ample time for all patients and surgical procedures, we do ask that you call ahead to schedule an appointment.
