Reid Shufer, D.V.M.
Dr. Shufer graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine with High Honors in 1984. He was selected for the prestigious internship program at the renowned Animal Medical Center in New York, NY.
He took over Alta Rancho pet & Bird Hospital in 1993.
Dr. Shufer has many veterinary areas of interest including soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, advanced dentistry, dermatology, cancer treatment, diagnostic ultrasound and internal medicine.
Dr. Shufer lives with his wife Brenda and daughter, Sophie in Claremont. He enjoys music, racquet sports, skiing, biking, reading and travel in his spare time.
