About Me

My name is Connie Mitchell and I live in TEXAS. My interests include raising AKC Shih Tzus, gardening, crafts and my new grandbaby. Although she is one year old it seems like she should still be a newborn. I am retired from the state government legal work and the state legal work. I had to commute to either Austin (Attorney General's Office) or San Antonio (U.S. Attorney's Office). I commuted to work since we lived in small towns where my husband was a very successsful football coach. Then he took a job in San Antonio and I was very glad to leave the commuting scene. We have a daughter and a son, both married and settled in Texas.

Interests

I stay very busy also with finishing my husbands genealogy back to 1490 in England. I stay on my computer with that endeavor, but I am almost finished. I love travel, history, military history and archeology.
