About Me

The Pet Nanny started in September, 2006, at Mission Bay RV Park. My daughter, Jenna, age 11 then now 12, and I moved from our wonderful horse world in Northern California to live with my father after the passing of my mother. I grew up in San Diego, CA and was eager to return to expose my daughter to the wonderful world of beach life. We both missed our animals so much. One day I was watching the sparkle of the Bay and the elderly folks walking the best and loyal friends (dogs). I thought to myself "as we age we don't feel great every day" but, dogs need to be walked, excercised and played with for their good health. Thus, the Pet Nanny. We put up brochures and created business cards and ciruclated them around the park of 400 residents. We now have steady clients and periodic visitors. References, of course, are available. We charge $2.00 for 15 minute walks. $12.00 for 4 hours of sitting, $25.00 per night for over night stays. All food is provided by owners of animals.

Interests

Dogs of all breeds and sizes, cats, birds, and ginneapigs. No snakes or rats though.
