About Me

I retired at age 47 after 30 years in State government public service.  I got my first dog in 15 years, Lily, a miniature schnazer, a runt rescued from a backyard breeder.  She changed my life.  I am now a dog sitter in my home with Sleepover Rover.  After Lily I rescued Chance, a Silky Terrier mix saved from a mass euthansia at our local shelter after an outbreak of Parvo and distemper.  They are both registered therapy dogs and we love to visit people in hospitals, etc.  We train in agility and have a lot of fun.  We attend all the local dog events.  And the best, we host dogs in our home while their pet parents are away.  Life is dog-centered and wonderful!
