Yesterday, one of my mini dachshunds started coughing and acting in general like a cat with a furball. . . .a hacking cough, followed by vomiting.  Did not vomit food, only some white phlegm.  Today she is just hacking -- nothing comes up.   Late today, another dachshund and the min pin both started the same thing.  Any ideas?  Vet is, of course, closed until Monday. . . . .

Now, I will admit that when we were outside earlier today I wasn't watching too closely cause I was trying to clean up my carpet shampooer. . . but it is a completely fenced yard. . . . so I wonder if they ate some grass. . . .

Haven't fed anyone tonight. . .. thinking of feeding rice tomorrow.   Anyone have any other suggestions?
