Tummy Problems?

My little boy (Maltese) woke up today moaning...I noticed that he went down stairs to the potty and it was sort of all over the place...He normally never gets up at night. Could it just be his tummy hurts? I gave him something for his tummy so I'm hoping that does the trick. Has anyone else' poochie ever moaned? Cry

Did you change anything in his diet?  Or, he may have eaten something in your house or from outside.. you never know.  I would give it another 24 hours, which if he is still moaning you should take him to the vet.  Give whatever is causing him to moan the chance to pass through.
