How are you bettering the breed if you did non of these things?

Actually there can be.  You can purchase a german bred dog aka "German Rottweiler", bring him to the states and register him with the American Kennel Club.  Stop trying to sound so "know it all-ish" and looking for a debate.  The ad states nothing about schutzund and titling, and breeding this n' that.  Just let people be people and stop trying to find faults okay?
