About The Biewer a la Pom Pon

The Biewer (pronounced Bee-vair) Terrier, also called the Biewer Yorkshire Terrier and the Biewer Yorkshire a la Pom Pon, is a rare breed of toy dog which originated in Germany. The breed standard, written by Mr. Biewer in 1989, is the same as that of the Yorkshire Terrier, with the exception of the colour requirement. The exact colour and pattern requirements vary among the different Biewer clubs.
