LOVE ME TENDER MI-KIS NOW HAS 4 MALE LONG COAT MI-KI PUPPIES AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION! THE PUPPIES WERE ALL BORN THE FIRST OF SEPTEMBER, AND WILL BE ABLE TO GO TO THEIR NEW HOMES BY THE END OF OCTOBER/ FIRST OF NOVEMBER, 09. THE PUPPIES ARE VARIOUS COLORS, AND WILL WEIGH APPROXIMATELY 3 1/2 - 5 LB. AT MATURITY. WE ARE RELOCATING TO FLORIDA IN NOVEMBER AND HAVE DRASTICALLY REDUCED OUR PUPPY PRICES. THEIR PRICE WAS $2000 AND WE ARE NOW ASKING $1200.
Before our puppies leave us, they will have heart testing done by a veterinary cardiologist, CERF testing, patellas checked, first shots, vet certified health certificate, a 6 month health guarantee against any genetic defects, and will be registered with the NCA. You will also receive a very comprehensive informational packet of everything that we discuss over the phone about your puppy's care. All other important documents will be enclosed. We also put together a photo album of your puppy's first few weeks of life that we know will be a cherished momento. Pictures of our puppies are updated weekly on our website, and our adopting families will also be emailed extra pictures each week.
There is a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. If something unfortunate were to happen to your puppy before delivery or pick-up, we will refund your deposit in full, or you also have the option to pick another puppy from the ones that we have available, or an upcoming litter. We accept cashiers checks, money orders, AND NOW, all major credit cards as well as debit cards over the phone.
Our puppies are delivered by a courier that will accompany you puppy in the cabin of the plane. She will deliver your puppy to your most convenient international airport. Her fee is generally $350, and $425 on the West Coast. She is paid directly at the time of delivery. If you wish, you may come here to Kansas City, Missouri and meet us with your puppy at the MCI International Airport.

The Toy Mi-Ki stands about 10 inches at the withers.
Whether the Mi-Ki has one coat type or two varies with the different groups. One states that the Original Mi-Ki standard has only one coat type, long, straight silky hair with little to no shedding.
Another group states that the Mi-Ki comes in two coat varieties. The long-coated variety does not shed. Any hair that comes out of the dog is retained by the long coat. It is suggested that a fine toothed "wire hound comb" be used to remove the dead hair. The short-coated Mi-Ki does shed but moderately. Neither coat type is preferred over the other. Both coat types are shown in the same ring together; they are not separated into varieties. The Mi-Ki comes in all colors.
There are two ear types, the folded ear and the prick ear, which meams that the ear stands streight up. Both types of ears are acceptable in the breed standard. When the Mi-Ki becomes excited, his ears "wing", meaning that the folded ear can becoming erect, "winging" out to the side of the dog's head, giving the appearance that the dog is flying.
The eyes are large, dark, and expressive. Mi-Kis are smaller than the average house cat, and are easily trained to a cat litter box.
